We were very happy with Lisa as our realtor; she was very professional and responsive, and was a reliable partner throughout. During the process of selling our properties, she performed very thorough research on comparative pricing in our respective neighborhoods, and provided realistic suggestions on pricing. Lisa kept us constantly informed on potential interest in our properties. During the inspection process of our home sales, Lisa regularly went above and beyond when it came to scheduling and coordinating the repairs that were requested by the buyers, and even offered to handle some of the municipal administrative tasks (deed transfers, etc.) which avoided disruption to our work schedules. As we searched for a new home, she kept our preferences and criteria in mind when scheduling showings, and with her help, we found a home and neighborhood that we are extremely pleased with. I assume Lisa is just as good at selling a home as she was finding a home for us. Lisa was very thorough in her research to find our home. Our situation was unique as we were relocating from out of state. We communicated several times leading up to the 3 days, which included a weekend, that Lisa cleared her entire schedule to look at over 30 homes with us! We were fortunate enough to find the one we loved, but Lisa’s advice to look at it and a few others one more time before pulling the trigger shows that she wasn’t quick to pressure us into making an offer. She wanted to make sure that it was the right fit. I really feel that even if we weren’t lucky enough to find the home on this 3 day marathon, Lisa would have cleared another weekend or more for us to fly back in and continue the search. She continues, 3 months after the closing date, to communicate with us and make sure that all is well. She has also shared contacts for home improvements or service work needs(carpet, electrical, painters, etc...) and has made it clear to continue seeking out for any guidance. It is clear that Lisa didn’t just sell us our home and move on, she has a genuine interest in making sure we are happy with the home and all that is going well. We are so so lucky to have gotten connected with Lisa as our realtor and we will be calling her for future real estate needs.
